The Killers to perform two arena shows in Sydney this December

Straight from Nevada, glitzy indie rockers The Killers are returning to Sydney as part of a wider Australian tour celebrating the 20th anniversary of the band’s debut album, Hot Fuss.

The Killers are no strangers to this city but are always in such high demand when they come down. They will be performing two concerts at Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney Olympic Park. But each night will have an important difference for fans.

On Friday, December 6, the band will perform their new Rebel Diamonds album in full. Mind you, that’s a ‘greatest hits’ album so you can expect to hear plenty of numbers across the band’s illustrious career including “When You Were Young” and “Read My Mind.” Come Saturday, December 7, The Killers will switch things up entirely and perform Hot Fuss in full, so you’ll hear hits like “Mr Brightside” and “All These Things That I’ve Done” while also digging into rarely-heard classics like “Glamorous Indie Rock & Roll” and “Midnight Show.”

Both shows are all-ages and are priced between $109.90 and $159.90. A Frontier members presale is currently running while a general sale starts on Thursday, September 12 at 4pm through Ticketek.

The Killers isn’t the only Las Vegas export coming to Sydney. Read about the epic new Siegfried & Roy production coming to Sydney Festival.
