Having first aired in May 2004, it will mark Peppa Pig’s 21st anniversary and the family’s 16th year performing live stage shows in Australia, USA, UK, Ireland and Asia. If your little ones are fans of Peppa and her famous family, read on to find out everything you need to know.

What is Peppa Pig’s Fun Day Out LIVE?

This live action theatre production brings the famous family to life in front of your eyes. Peppa, her family and friends head out on their latest adventure that is aimed at preschoolers. Watch as they visit the zoo and go to the beach for a special party, all told with interactive fun, songs and games. It’s the perfect show for families during the school holidays.

Speaking about the Australian tour, the show’s director and writer, Richard Lewis, shared:

Forย Peppa Pigโ€™s Fun Day Out LIVE!ย we have created lots of new puppets our Australian audiences wouldnโ€™t have seen before. We bring together all sorts of different techniques to make the action and fun with Peppa, her family and friends come to life on stage. Also, the level of audience interaction has increased, with even more opportunities in this new show for the audience to sing along, dance and to get involved.

So, if your kids are glued to Peppa Pig and know the stories inside and out, don’t worry! There are plenty of brand-new surprises for even the most eager of fans. After catching the show, you could make a full day of it on your own Peppa-inspired adventure, visiting Taronga Zoo before heading to nearby Anthol Beach, Whiting Beach or Balmoral, which is picture-perfect but a little further east.
