If you can’t make today’s scavenger hunt, don’t worry, as there are three more taking place at Darling Square this week, plus a whole selection of other events and activities to help keep kids entertained. Here are all the details:
1. Easter scavenger hunt
It’s a simple challenge: find the clues, complete the worksheet and claim your prize. Go to the Easter Hunt Station, located in front of The Exchange Building, to pick up a map which pinpoints the locations of the clues. These clues reveal the answers children will need to complete their worksheets and to crack the password. Once they’ve unscrambled the code, head back to the Easter Hunt Station and they’ll be rewarded with a tasty prize.
Dates:
- Tuesday April 15 โ 12pm-3pmย
- Wednesday April 16 โ 12pm-3pmย
- Thursday April 17 โ 2pm-5pmย
- Saturday April 19 โ 12pm-3pmย

Dates: April 22, 23, 24, 26 and 27 from 12pm until 3pm.
4. Jumping castle
Keeping kids under 13 entertained can be tricky, but the jumping castle is here to save the day. Let them bounce off some energy on the giant inflatable castle, which is free to enter during the school holidays. Maximum 15 children per session; suitable for under 13s.
Dates: April 22, 23, 24, 26 and 27. From 11am to 2pm.
5. Free balloon art
Animals, swords and other fun shapesโthere’s no limit to the twisted balloon creations these artists can create. Head to Darling Square to watch the balloon artist create something for your little ones to take home with them.
