2025 has been an amazing year for the Sydney music scene so far. We’ve already had Billie Eilish, Dua Lipa and Drake, as well as Australian royalty Kylie Minogue.
Taylor Swift’s influence on the country’s economy in 2024 highlights the significant role that global pop stars play in driving economic growth. Her seven concerts in Australian generated an estimated $300 million for the Australian economy.
We’ve compiled a list of artists coming to Sydney in 2025, highlighting the ‘Big Deal’ artists and also those who are rumoured to tour Down Under soon.

The Big Deals
Sydney’s 2025 music lineup is packed with big names, up-and-coming artists and old favourites. However, there are a few names in particular who are sure to bring a frenzy of excited fans to various venues (hopefully replicating the excitement and spending capabilities of Taylor Swift fans in February 2024).

Rumoured for 2025 and 2026
Sydney’s music scene is booked and busy, but there’s always room for more. We’ve been scoping the web and social media for any hints that a star may announce an Australian tour.
Lady Gaga
The last time Lady Gaga was in Australia was over 10 years ago, in 2014. She star appeared on Australian radio show The Fox with Fifi, Fev and Nick and said,
“I canโt formally announce anything, but I can tell you that Iโm going to be announcingโฆ some things….I miss my fans there so much. I have such fond memories…and I really do want to come back soon.โ
Her new album is now out, so a tour is looking likely. Aussie Little Monsters rejoice!
Doechii
Doechii has exploded onto the music scene, winning Best Rap Album at the Grammys for Alligator Bites Never Heal. Last year, she mentioned her desire to tour Australia on Instagram live, and we’re clinging to her words!
Sabrina Carpenter
Sabrina is currently in Europe as part of her Short n’Sweet Tour. Video footage from her tour shows a night packed with outfit changes, audience participation and amazing vocals. Can Sabrina come to Sydney and arrest me please?
Justin Timberlake
Justin Timberlake last came to Australia for his 20/20 Experience World Tour in 2024. What’s lively has told us “a credible insider has informed Daily Mail that Aussie dates are on the way”.
I Can’t Stop the Feeling that he’ll be gracing us with his presence in Sydney soon.
Beyoncรฉ
Queen Bey has not announced any tour dates for Australia, and we were sadly missed off the list of destinations for the first leg of her Cowboy Carter Tour. However, there are strong rumours that she might be taking the tour Down Under in the future. The Beyhive will have to stay patient for now.
Playboi Carti
After the success of Carti’s latest album, I AM MUSIC, in Australia (it debuted at number one on the Australian ARIA album charts) we’re hoping that he’ll come to Sydney on his next world tour. He last came to Australia on his debut tour in 2018, so another visit is long overdue.
