1. Alice in Wonderland, Shangri-La Sydney

In the Grand Ballroom at Shangri-La Sydney, the whimsy of Wonderland takes over for the Alice in Wonderland High Tea. The extravagant feast includes strawberry coconut potion, caterpillar passionfruit pavlova log and Humpty Dumpty sandwiches. Giant rabbits, towering mirrors and a magical light display will have you feeling as if youโ€™ve stepped straight into the story book.

2. Amora Hotel Jamison Sydney

At Amora Hotel Jamison Sydney, the Easter high tea buffet will be available for one day only on April 20. The menu includes chicken and avocado pinwheels, smoked salmon and fennel bagels with lemon ricotta, warm hot cross buns, macarons, rocky road and much more. There will also be a live chocolate station where kids can watch chocolate creations come to life before tasting them. Topping off the Easter activities is an Easter egg hunt and an appearance from Mr Rabbit.

3. QTea High Tea by Adriano Zumbo

Step into a world of pure indulgence and opulence at QTea, where the high tea is for modern-day Marie Antoinette’s rather than the quaint-hearted. 4. Easter High Tea at The Wintergarden

For those planning to escape the city for a day in the Blue Mountains, allot 90 minutes to refuel with a high tea to remember at The Wintergarden. The Hydro Majestic is one of Australia’s most iconic and historic hotels, offering panoramic views across the Megalong Valley. Quite a backdrop for a high tea.

The seasonal treats will be served in three tiers: petit pastries, homemade scones and savouries. From the smoked BBQ pulled duck tarlet to the blueberry petit gateau, via a golden raisin hot cross scone, it’s an Easter treat for all ages to enjoy. The special edition menu will only be available during the Easter weekend. Bookings are essential.
