Dua Lipa is one of the most recognisable names in modern pop, having carved out a spectacular reputation for whip-smart disco pop and clever melodies. She’s also been highly praised for her vibrant live shows, which is why we’re so excited that she’ll be bringing her next world tour, Radical Optimism, in Sydney.
Rarely do big-ticket artists start their world tour in Australia, yet that’s exactly what the pop icon will be doing next year with one all-ages show at Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena on March 26, 2025.
Well, re-starting.
Dua Lipa will begin the Radical Optimism world tour as the headliner at Austin City Limits in October before tracking through Asia with big shows in cities like Singapore, Tokyo and Seoul. But there’s a massive gap between early December and late March, which is when she’ll be arriving in Australia to really kick things into high gear, performing around the world until October 2025.
The triple Grammy winning powerhouse is one of the first big artists to announce a concert for Sydney next year, joining the likes of Billie Eilish (February 24, 25, 27 and 28) and Childish Gambino (February 4-5) as the city prepares itself for another big year of live music.
If her last Australian tour is anything to go by, tickets to see Dua Lipa will sell out quick fast so take note of all pre-sales below if you want a chance to throw shapes to infectious disco-infused tracks like “Houdini” and “New Rules.” Even though only one show has been announced by Live Nation so far, the gap on her touring schedule is big enough that we wouldn’t be surprised to see one or two more pop up in the coming weeks.
Looking for something a bit sooner? Both The Weeknd and The Killers will tour Sydney before the end of the year.
