Belvedere Vodka is hosting a luxurious pop-up cocktail bar at Zephyr

One of Sydney’s most picturesque open-air spots, Zephyr Sky Bar at the Hyatt Regency Sydney, has been chosen as the site for an exclusive month-long pop-up bar curated by Belvedere Vodka.

Fans of luxurious dining and drinking should flock to this spot before it pops down at the end of August, given the limited range showcases the label’s opulent new Belvedere 10 expression.

Launched earlier this year, Belvedere 10 is distilled four times and rested for 10 months, drawing plenty of flavour to this single-harvest, small-batch vodka. On paper, you can expect tasting notes of caramel, praline and fresh lemon, reflecting the elevated look of the bottle: a 10-layer brutalist vessel shaped like a diamond to reference the core ingredient: diamond rye sourced from just one rye field in north-east Poland.

The pop-up vodka bar has a small menu of limited-edition Belvedere Pure cocktails, signature serves designed to showcase the latest expression in its purest forms. A classic Martini served with Pacific oysters should do the trick if you’ve only got space for one cocktail, best paired with bar bites like Wagyu caviar and lobster-truffle popcorn.
